I am one of the best in the business and can rapidly troubleshoot and repair just about any type of equipment. I will usually complete a repair in less time and for less cost than the original manufacturer's repair department. I can also develop a preventative maintenance plan for your equipment and come out a few times a year or turn the plan over to your maintenance crew to help prevent costly downtime.

One of my specialties is repairing one of a kind and custom built equipment that has little or no documentation.

I can also correct problems caused by design flaws, incomplete programming, or inadequate engineering specifications, re-designing to get balky equipment working the way you think it should.

When you run into a difficult problem, your maintenance department can spend countless hours and cost you thousands of dollars in labor trying to find a solution that may not even address the root cause. I function as the "on call" repair department for several establishments, branding my service under their name. If you produce or distribute equipment that needs to be maintained, I can do the same for your company, saving you time, money, and management worries. I will study your line of equipment, procure or produce repair manuals, and become your factory repair specialist. No need to pay a highly trained and expensive employee a yearly salary to keep up with your service requirements.

I won’t take on a project if it can be done better and less expensively by replacing the offending equipment or by purchasing an updated system. My basic rates are $100 per hour for troubleshooting and repairs, portal-to-portal, with a 2 hour minimum per trip if I need to visit your site. Travel time and expenses are considered to be part of the job, but I don't charge for fuel if your site is within 35 miles of my shop. I am available to travel to any location within the US with an 8 hour per day minimum. Emergency after-hours service is available for $140 per hour. Why is the price so high?
